Job Summary

Coordinating the tracking and submission of stop loss claims, the full-time Stop Loss Claims Specialist will manage claims documentation, facilitate funding processes, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles and submits stop loss claims to carriers for reimbursement and manages large case notifications
• Acts as a customer service role model, providing timely follow-up and training for new employees
• Participates in quality assurance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in clerical and customer service roles
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proficient mathematical and typing skills
