Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Client Consultant to manage relationships with Stop Loss clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a focused book of Stop Loss clients, managing the relationship throughout the client lifecycle
- Oversee the onboarding and management of assigned customer relationships to support business retention
- Prepare and lead implementation and ongoing meetings, tracking key deliverables and timelines
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Stop Loss experience
- Proven ability to engage with clients at a high level and foster strong relationships
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
