Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Client Consultant to manage client relationships and oversee the implementation of Stop Loss business.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a focused book of Stop Loss clients, managing the relationship throughout the client lifecycle
• Onboard and manage assigned customer relationships to support business retention
• Prepare and lead implementation meetings and client workshops on relevant topics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Stop Loss experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proactive in anticipating client needs
• Experience in managing client relationships and issue resolution
