Stop Loss Rating Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Rating Specialist who will analyze and respond to Requests For Proposals for Employee Benefits products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete Stop Loss Requests for Proposals, including both standard and complex RFPs
• Assess RFP needs and communicate with external brokers and partners to gather necessary data
• Review and document prior claims experience for risk evaluation and maintain quality standards in manual rates and claims entry

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years' experience in a support role or equivalent
• Superior interpersonal skills with a focus on partnership
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
