Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Leader, Stop Loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for core teams, clients, and leadership
• Manage associates and oversee a full office/series book of business
• Facilitate collaboration across teams for marketing, placement, and policy management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Health Insurance Consulting experience
• 5+ years of Stop Loss experience
• Previous management experience, preferably of a regional or national team
• Strong knowledge of the brokerage industry and governmental regulations
