Stop Loss Revenue Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth and retention goals of the company, the full-time Stop Loss Revenue Associate will engage in data management, prepare proposals, and assist with network analysis reporting in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare initial Request for Proposal (RFP) pages for new business clients and renewals, gathering necessary information to create comprehensive proposals
• Collaborate with Revenue Analysts to review and prepare stop loss quotes for new business and renewal prospects
• Compile and package analytical reports for distribution, aiding in client decision-making and strategic planning

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• At least one year of administrative experience is required
• Medical Stop Loss Underwriting experience is a plus
• Beginner experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a high-paced environment
