Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Stop Loss to oversee the administration of stop loss policies for self-funded clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the stop loss management team in completing claim processes and ensuring timely reimbursements
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for system upgrades and work cross-functionally with stakeholders
  • Analyze stop-loss policies for accuracy and participate in internal meetings regarding stop loss administration
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in stop loss policy management and/or financial claims analytics
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with stop loss policy and administrative management in self-funded insurance
  • Knowledge of stop loss claims submission and carrier reporting needs
