Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Stop Loss to assist the Manager, Stop Loss with overseeing the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and track stop loss claim filings, reimbursements, and cash advance claims
- Update and manage stop loss tracking and specific logs
- Review and record stop loss reimbursements
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of group health insurance/benefits experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
