• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive stop-loss underwriting experience
• Understanding of stop-loss market dynamics and risk management strategies
• Ability to manage high case volumes efficiently, especially during peak periods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
