Stop Loss Underwriting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the underwriting process, the full-time Stop Loss Underwriting Analyst will manage RFP submissions, set up case files, and facilitate policy issuance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Underwriters with sorting and entering RFP data, including health statements and claims history
• Coordinate the submission of health statements and disseminate underwritten quotes
• Organize and track binding items, set up bound groups, and create insurance policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain neutral
• Experience in customer service and training new employees as assigned
