Storage Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Storage Engineer to manage and maintain enterprise storage and SAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, install, and maintain IBM FlashSystem storage arrays and manage storage provisioning
• Administer the enterprise Brocade SAN fabric and ensure its health, security, and compliance
• Monitor storage performance, conduct capacity planning, and serve as the escalation point for storage incidents

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation for Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Storage Engineer or SAN Administrator in a large-scale data center
• Expert-level proficiency with IBM FlashSystem 9200 series and strong experience with Brocade SAN fabrics
• Professional proficiency with IBM Spectrum Control and Galileo for storage management and performance analysis
