Job Summary
Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Storage Sales Manager will work remotely to drive growth and profitability by managing strategic customer engagements, coaching team members, and establishing effective sales methodologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead the sales team to exceed goals while aligning with the company's vision and strategy
- Engage with key customer executives to build trust and develop tailored value propositions
- Establish and manage sales processes, ensuring consistent execution and accurate forecasting
Required qualifications:
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Typically 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams preferred
- Experience in data services & storage or datacenter environments preferred
- Strong understanding of IT industry developments and technology trends
