Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Complete configuration, installation, and support of equipment to business specifications
Maintain software applications and operating systems through regular maintenance
Troubleshoot malfunctions of hardware, software applications, and security systems to resolve operational issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering
Broad knowledge of IT systems engineering
Experience with system capacity planning and functional configuration
Experience with Dell Storage technology and AWS storage services
