Store Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Store Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and proofread communications for various internal channels to keep store leaders and associates informed
• Manage the workflow and production of internal communications, ensuring timely distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communication strategies and support materials for in-store execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Business Management, Marketing, or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of project management experience
• Eagerness to learn about retail/fashion and customer service
• Proficient in PC & MAC Operating Systems
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
