Key Responsibilities

• Support design development for various Store Environment initiatives, including new stores and remodels
• Conduct market and concept trend research to inform design direction and prepare concept packages
• Utilize AutoCAD and technical skills to produce accurate documentation for all project phases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a design role, specifically in retail design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget expectations
