Store Development Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of store development initiatives, the full-time Store Development Program Manager will establish and manage a standardized program management framework, coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the centralized leader coordinating execution across Real Estate, Design, Construction, and other departments involved in store development projects
• Own the creation of executive and board-level materials, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Oversee integrated project plans, ensuring projects progress efficiently through all stages from planning to post-project evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within retail or related operational environments
• Proven success managing large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets
• Strong understanding of retail store development processes including real estate, design, and construction
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
