Store Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Store Maintenance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction to vendors and store operations to ensure effective communication and execution of maintenance tasks
• Manage and track repairs and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and compliance with KPIs
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts, including understanding lease terminology and landlord responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Critical thinker with the ability to connect information across departments
• Understanding of facility systems and trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
