Job Summary
A company is looking for a Store Maintenance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction to vendors and store operations to ensure effective communication and execution of maintenance tasks
- Manage and track repairs and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and compliance with KPIs
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts, including understanding lease terminology and landlord responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Critical thinker with the ability to connect information across departments
- Understanding of facility systems and trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
