Job Summary

A company is looking for a StoreCare Programs Analyst who will perform work order spend analytics and manage handyman contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform work order spend analytics to analyze repair and maintenance spend across various levels
• Manage relationships and performance of handyman contractors
• Identify trends and make recommendations to management to lower costs and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• A High School diploma/GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, including managing multiple work streams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookup and pivot tables
• Knowledge of reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis is necessary
• Experience with financial tools, such as ServiceChannel, is beneficial
