Job Summary

Serving as the primary relationship manager, the full-time Strategic Account Advisor will cultivate trusting client relationships, provide strategic consultative services to enhance IT experiences, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and facilitate Strategic Business Reviews to develop and update technology strategies
  • Conduct risk assessments to manage client satisfaction and oversee critical communications, ensuring project updates and issue resolutions are addressed
  • Collaborate with technical teams to analyze client operations and promote revenue growth through tailored product and service recommendations
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in an IT/MSP environment
  • Proven ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network concepts, including cloud computing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts relevant to the role
