Job Summary

As the primary relationship manager, the full-time Strategic Account Advisor will cultivate and sustain positive client relationships while providing strategic consultative services to enhance IT experience, productivity, and network security, collaborating with the technical team and conducting regular business reviews.

Key responsibilities
  • Foster trusting relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Provide strategic consultative services to improve clients' IT experience and productivity
  • Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews to develop and update technology strategies and service delivery metrics
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in an IT/MSP environment
  • Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Understanding of computer hardware, software, and common network concepts, including cloud computing
  • Strong collaboration skills and a customer service mentality
  • Willingness to learn recent technologies and concepts related to the role
