Job Summary

Serving as the primary relationship manager, the full-time Strategic Account Advisor will cultivate and sustain trusting relationships with clients, providing strategic consultative services to enhance their IT experience, productivity, and network security while collaborating with technical teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and provide impactful consultative services
  • Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews to develop and update technology strategies and service delivery metrics
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and oversee critical client communications, ensuring high-quality support and satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in an IT/MSP environment
  • Influential skills to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and common network concepts, including cloud computing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn recent technologies and concepts relevant to the role
