Job Summary
To enhance client relationships and IT experiences, the full-time remote Strategic Account Advisor will serve as the primary relationship manager, providing strategic consultative services and collaborating with technical teams to optimize service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Foster positive and trusting relationships with clients while serving as the primary relationship manager
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to develop and update technology strategies and service delivery metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze client solutions and recommend operational adjustments for optimal performance
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in an IT/MSP environment
- Proven ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and common network concepts, including cloud computing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts relevant to the role
