Job Summary

Serving as the primary relationship manager, the full-time Strategic Account Advisor will cultivate trusting client relationships, provide strategic consultative services to enhance IT experiences, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize service delivery while working onsite in Duluth, MN.

Key responsibilities
  • Foster positive and trusting relationships with clients while managing all critical communications and project updates
  • Provide strategic consultative services to enhance clients' IT experience, productivity, and network security
  • Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews to develop and update technology strategies and service delivery metrics
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management roles, preferably in an IT/MSP environment
  • Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities effectively
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and common network concepts, including cloud computing
  • Willingness to learn recent technologies and concepts related to the role
  • Proven collaboration skills and a strong customer service mentality
