Job Summary
Serving as the primary relationship manager, the full-time remote Strategic Account Advisor will cultivate trusting client relationships, provide strategic consultative services to enhance IT experiences, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with clients and facilitate Strategic Business Reviews to develop technology strategies
- Conduct risk assessments to manage client satisfaction and oversee critical communications, including project updates
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze operations and recommend adjustments for improved service delivery
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in an IT/MSP environment
- Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and common network concepts including cloud computing
- Strong collaboration skills and a customer service mentality
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and concepts related to the role
