Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to create accurate, production-ready estimates
• Communicate with vendors to verify pricing, inventory, and timelines
• Identify risks and discrepancies early to prevent impacts on production and client experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in estimating, production planning, or a similar logistics-focused role
• Strong financial awareness with a focus on maintaining healthy margins
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Familiarity with project management tools and ticketing systems is a plus
