Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Associate in Medical Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact on assigned accounts and develop a strong understanding of clients' business goals
• Support the management of account finances, including budgeting and forecasting, while identifying growth opportunities
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and deliverables, participating in client meetings and status calls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical communications or a related client-facing role, or an advanced doctoral-level degree
• Experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to strategic discussions
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
