Job Summary

Supporting key client accounts in a remote environment, the full-time Strategic Account Associate will manage day-to-day client communications, contribute to strategic planning, and enhance client relationships while gaining valuable experience for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, developing a strong understanding of client goals and challenges
  • Assist in the development of budgets, monitor account finances, and identify growth opportunities to enhance client success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project strategy, timelines, and deliverables, while participating in client meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical communications or a related client-facing role, or an advanced doctoral-level degree
  • Experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to strategic discussions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
