Job Summary
Strategic Account Delivery Lead, a full-time position focused on overseeing client onboarding and execution of strategic account delivery, ensuring compliance and high-quality outputs through effective collaboration and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and define engagement models aligned to strategic objectives
- Design and implement scalable delivery models, ensuring consistency and alignment with standards
- Act as the strategic interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment from sale through to delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Degree-level qualification in a food, scientific, or regulatory discipline, or equivalent experience
- Expert-level regulatory knowledge, including food labelling legislation and global regulatory frameworks
- Substantial experience in a senior regulatory or technical role, with proven client onboarding leadership
- Extensive experience with product data lifecycle systems and processes
- Strong strategic thinking and advanced project management skills
