Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Director - Humana and Regional.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Strategic Account Managers to implement strategies for optimal access and reimbursement of the product portfolio
- Negotiate and execute formulary contracts with customers, primarily focusing on Humana
- Develop and drive execution of cross-functional strategic account plans to meet organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree & 2 years, Master's degree & 6 years, Bachelor's degree & 8 years, or Associate degree & 10 years of collective account management experience
- Strongly prefer candidates with experience as an existing Regional Account Executive or in Government/National Accounts Teams
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) is preferred
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing people
- Significant prior Account Management or Payer experience is preferred
