Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Director to manage and grow existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary account partner for key customers, understanding their business goals and how data can drive results
  • Increase annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net revenue retention (NRR) by identifying opportunities and enhancing customer engagement
  • Collaborate with Product teams to support customer needs and develop strategies for account management


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in consultative sales with a proven track record of expanding complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience successfully launching new products to market in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in account management within high-growth, early-stage startups
  • Familiarity with value-based selling and consultative approaches
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and product teams
