Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Director to join their Client Experience team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison across sales, customer success, data cloud, and analytics teams to ensure seamless strategy alignment and execution
- Develop and deliver forward-thinking strategic roadmaps that align with client goals and business outcomes
- Build deep client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, marketing strategy, or related roles
- Proven expertise in leveraging first-party (1P) data for marketing insights and personalization
- Solid knowledge of cross-channel marketing, including digital, media, and traditional channels
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Paid digital media experience within retail, CPG, pharma, finance, and travel industries preferable
