Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze funding ecosystems
- Develop new business opportunities by engaging with stakeholders and assessing strategic value
- Design and validate new market opportunities, including pilot programs and go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10 - 12+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or consulting, preferably in government or workforce sectors
- Proven track record of launching and iterating on new business ideas or markets
- Experience in developing business opportunities from ideation to execution
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market sizing and financial modeling
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders, including government officials and funders
