Job Summary
Strategic Account Director, responsible for managing client relationships and leading a team to ensure strategic delivery of services, while working full-time in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, managing relationships and overseeing project delivery
- Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities and managing client budgets effectively
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in life sciences or business preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or medical communications
- Experience managing and growing significant healthcare accounts valued over $1M
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and medical communications strategies
