Job Summary
Experienced in enterprise SaaS sales, the full-time remote Strategic Account Director will drive the expansion of TRM's data products within existing national security and defense agency accounts by managing stakeholder relationships, leading sales motions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Bring new data products to market by identifying and activating high-value opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with account owners and cross-functional teams to enhance customer relationships and discover new use cases
- Lead the entire sales process from stakeholder mapping and needs discovery to solution development and deal closure
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly with data, compliance, fraud, or AI products for US National Security and Defense agencies
- Proven track record of successfully launching early-stage or newly released products into the market
- Experience working within existing customer relationships to drive expansion revenue
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and data products, with the ability to translate their value to customers
- Exceptional executive presence and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
