Job Summary
Driving expansion revenue and deepening relationships with enterprise clients, the full-time Strategic Account Director will partner with executive leadership to develop account strategies, manage renewals, and leverage insights to enhance client engagement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own executive relationships at enterprise accounts to grow revenue and ensure client ROI
- Build long-term strategic account plans with multi-quarter expansion roadmaps
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Insights teams to identify upsell opportunities and manage the renewal strategy
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise sales with a focus on consultative approaches and relationship building
- Strong understanding of data products and ability to translate complex data into business value
- Experience collaborating in shared-ownership environments and mentoring team members
- Ability to anticipate client needs and manage escalations effectively
- Commercial acumen with negotiation skills related to business finance and contract terms
