Job Summary

Owning and growing a portfolio of valuable global accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Director will act as a commercial leader and trusted advisor, developing long-term strategies and driving revenue growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end performance of strategic accounts, focusing on revenue growth and long-term value creation
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client objectives and global expansion goals
  • Build executive-level relationships to influence client roadmaps and investment priorities
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client leadership roles within localization, SaaS, or global services
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Strong strategic mindset for account planning and client engagement
  • Experience in structuring and closing complex, high-value deals across global environments
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) for pipeline management and forecasting
