Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of strategic BFSI accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Director will manage client relationships, drive revenue retention and expansion, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business outcomes, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans, aligning Skan's capabilities with client business objectives
- Own the commercial relationship, including contract negotiation and identifying upsell opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent value delivery and manage account risks
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise customer leadership at a B2B SaaS company or leading Agentic provider
- Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts with Fortune 500 BFSI clients
- Experience engaging C-suite executives in global financial institutions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in structuring and negotiating large enterprise agreements
- Familiarity with BFSI operating environments and transformation priorities
