Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of strategic BFSI accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Director will manage client relationships, drive revenue retention and expansion, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business outcomes, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans, aligning Skan's capabilities with client business objectives
  • Own the commercial relationship, including contract negotiation and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent value delivery and manage account risks
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise customer leadership at a B2B SaaS company or leading Agentic provider
  • Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts with Fortune 500 BFSI clients
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives in global financial institutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in structuring and negotiating large enterprise agreements
  • Familiarity with BFSI operating environments and transformation priorities
