Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to support the expansion of a category-defining platform serving Global Capability Centers and Global Business Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across Global 2000 and mid-market organizations
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving various executive roles
- Provide strategic advisory to enterprise leaders on capability scaling and global workforce strategy
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience managing complex 6 and 7 figure deals
- Strong understanding of global capability center operating models and enterprise transformation processes
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal administrative overhead
- Experience using modern sales technologies and AI tools to enhance productivity
- Capability to build structure and define processes in an early-stage sales organization
