Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive for the South Central USA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic health, retention, and growth of assigned enterprise accounts
- Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews while aligning solutions to executive priorities
- Drive expansion through additional clinics and manage escalations when operational issues arise
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 3-5 years of experience in complex healthcare account management or healthcare enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience owning post-sale revenue, renewals, and expansion
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage physicians and senior leaders
- Experience working with hospital systems, IDNs, or large multi-site healthcare organizations
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year technical degree
