Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through complex renewals and strategic sales efforts
  • Build executive relationships with account stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Provide strategic consultation by identifying client objectives and developing actionable plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or client success roles in the healthcare industry
  • TPA experience required
  • Proven track record in handling complex situations and increasing lines of business
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits and managed care products
