Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive - Federal Civilian.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the complete solutions portfolio, including Red Hat Linux, OpenShift, Ansible, and professional services
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify key projects and programs for sales opportunities
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and develop new solution strategies within key accounts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of solutions sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on the U.S. federal government
- Solid understanding of the open source model, AI, DevSecOps, and IT Modernization
- Experience in consultative customer engagement with a major enterprise software company
- Broad understanding of the government acquisition process within the civilian government
- Ability to maintain a sales mentality in a multi-solution environment
