Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client and partner relationships to ensure business retention and satisfaction
• Analyze plan performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Oversee Account Managers and assist in training, development, and performance evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5 years of direct account service experience in the PBM or healthcare benefits field
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience in analyzing data and identifying trends
• Ability to coach and support team members through operational changes
