Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executives within client organizations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand existing accounts
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or a related role
- Proficiency in Skye
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to customer-focused strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with tools such as Metabase, Jira, or AI platforms is a plus, but not required
