Job Summary

Driving customer growth and value delivery, the full-time remote Strategic Account Executive will manage net-new and expansion sales cycles within frontier AI labs, focusing on AI Research, Product, and Executive teams across the West.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and drive sales cycles within named frontier AI labs, targeting key teams building AI capabilities
  • Understand customer workflows and position Prolific as a source of high-integrity human data for AI development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape proposals, pilots, and post-sale success plans while reporting on pipeline metrics to sales leadership
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle strategic B2B technology sales
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes within AI Research and related functions
  • Fluency in AI/ML trends, including user-in-the-loop evaluation and human-centered product design
  • Experience managing multi-threaded deals with complex stakeholder groups
  • High empathy and accountability, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork
