Job Summary

Focusing on new account acquisition, the full-time remote Strategic Account Executive in the Public Sector - SLED will develop sales strategies, build relationships with government stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling and effective deal negotiation.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the public sector
  • Manage complex sales cycles, negotiate terms, and close contracts with state and local government agencies
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably B2B or B2G
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • Proven record of quota attainment in strategic field sales
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
