Job Summary

Managing client relationships in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will develop partnerships, analyze plan performance, and lead review meetings to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client and partner relationships to retain business and ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze plan performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee Account Managers and support team development and performance evaluation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years of direct account service experience in PBM or a related healthcare field
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong ability to synthesize and analyze information to identify trends and risks
