Job Summary
Managing client interactions and account maintenance, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will build and foster relationships with clients and brokers while collaborating with internal teams to resolve concerns and enhance service delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality service delivery and proactive assessment of customer needs
- Coordinate and attend meetings with clients and brokers, facilitating communication and addressing issues as they arise
- Analyze plan performance and provide recommendations for benefit design edits and savings opportunities
Required qualifications
- Experience in account management or a related field
- Strong understanding of client relationship management
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with benefit design and implementation processes
- Proficiency in CRM and documentation systems
