Job Summary

As a foundational member of the sales team, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will manage new business opportunities, conduct product demos, and build relationships with key decision makers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Pioneer new business opportunities and identify prospects within net-new customers
  • Conduct discovery sessions and product demonstrations to educate the market on Xactly's offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and influence the enterprise sales process and drive revenue goals
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of proven experience in closing and carrying quotas for enterprise software solutions
  • Experience establishing strategic relationships with C-suite executives in major accounts
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and related SaaS technologies
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial ambition and a customer-centric approach
