Job Summary

Focused on expanding relationships with key customers, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will manage a portfolio of existing clients, conduct outbound prospecting, and identify sales opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term consultative partnerships
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management
Required qualifications
  • Proven success in growing existing customer relationships through upselling and consultative solution selling
  • Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through ongoing account development
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or Outreach.io
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through technology and online solutions
