Job Summary
To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Strategic Account Executive will educate real estate professionals on the Northspyre platform, build client relationships, and convert prospects into clients while achieving an annual quota of over $1M.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with revenue leaders to enhance B2B SaaS sales strategies and drive growth
- Guide clients in leveraging automation and data analytics for business transformation
- Own the sales process from qualification to closing, implementing best practices for scalability
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS sales, or client-facing analytical roles
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
- Proven track record of earning $250K+/year in OTE and achieving high conversion metrics
- Experience in executing thorough sales discovery and consultative sales processes
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment
